Fun interactive cooking classes designed to inspire children to enjoy creating in the kitchen and confidently taste new foods.

Healthy Snack Adventure

In this hands-on workshop, children develop real-life kitchen skills in a safe and supportive environment. They prepare a variety of healthy snacks while learning about ingredients, nutrition, and balanced choices — all without pressure.

Parents consistently report increased confidence, improved willingness to try new foods, and positive shifts in mindset around healthy eating.

What’s Included

  • A safe, interactive learning environment

  • Hands-on preparation of healthy snacks such as:

    • Smoothies, sushi, rice paper rolls, bliss balls, dips and snack plates

  • Opportunity to taste new foods in a supportive setting

  • Take-home creations to share with the family

  • Recipes provided

  • Maximum 10 children per class, 2 hour class
