Lemon & Coconut Bliss Balls

Sweet and sour is a great combination for a bliss ball.

1 C Almonds

2 C Dessicated Coconut

4 T Coconut oil, extra virgin

4 T Honey

1/4 C fresh lemon juice

1 t vanilla extract

Large pinch of sea salt

Add almonds to a food processor, and blend until they resemble fine crumbs.

Add the remaining ingredients. The coconut oil may need to be melted first before adding, if it is hard.

Blend all ingredients for 2-3 mins, until a smooth consistency.

Using a tablespoon, spoon out 1T servings of blended mixture, and roll into a ball. Roll each ball in coconut.

Refrigerate or freeze.
